ClaimDOC invites applications for the full-time position of marketing coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team with daily operations. We seek a motivated, organized, collaborative marketing professional to help tell the story of ClaimDOC.

Job Summary

The marketing coordinator assists the Marketing Manager with all logistics and administrative tasks as needed to execute projects effectively and successfully. The ideal candidate thinks strategically, takes initiative, dives deep into details, and is energized by juggling priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • CRM-based digital marketing campaign plans that create B2B awareness, leads, and retention.
  • Demonstrate accountability for email marketing platform upkeep, platform administration, improvements, and technical projects.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor, adjust and report on campaign performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to email and digital marketing platforms, both internal and vendor provided.
  • Analyze and/or update company websites’ keywords, content, headers, meta descriptions to improve SEO.
  • Document key requirements, decisions, best practices and creates playbooks to onboard, coach, and train colleagues across the company.
  • Work with the marketing manager to ensure cross-channel campaign consistency of strategy and message.
  • Assist with developing and/or coordinating content for websites, industry publications, newsletters, collateral, bids and reports, direct mail, social media, and other marketing and communications deliverables for both internal and external audiences.
  • Assist with designing, developing, and delivering effective analytics tracking, dashboarding, and analysis tools based on business need and deliver clear recommendations on campaign content and media improvements.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Analytics, Advertising, or related field.
  • Strong aptitude in marketing key performance indicators, analytics, and measurement techniques.
  • Experience with Email platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot) and Performance monitoring tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • Experience with executing digital marketing campaigns that include various media channels such as search, social media, display, programmatic preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
  • Organized, reliable, and independent with strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong writing, presentation, editing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and manage change in a positive and collaborative manner.
